Spicy Marinated Chicken
Chicken Breast 4 fillets
Garlic 4 cloves, crushed
Lemon juice 4-5 tablespoons
Ground Ginger 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
Coriander 1 teaspoon, ground
Paprika ½ teaspoon
Cayenne ¼ teaspoon
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
Sour Cream 125ml, ½ cup

Mix all the spices together, and add lemon juice and crushed garlic to form a paste in which to marinate the chicken overnight in the refrigerator
(we left it for well over 24 hours).

Place the chicken fillets in a single layer in a microwave dish, cover and cook on HIGH for 12 minutes. (600 watts)
Pour the sour cream over and cook on HIGH for another minute.

Serve with plain boiled rice and a salad, or steamed vegetables.
