Whipped shortbread
Flour 1¾ cup
Cornflour ½ cup +
2 tablespoons
Icing sugar ½ cup
Butter 1 cup

Whip the butter, add the icing sugar.

Continue whipping and gradually add the flours.

“Pipe onto an un-greased cookie tray” (Val's words!).

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 150°C, 300°F.
