North African Carrot Dip
Carrots 125g
Garlic 1 clove
Chilli powder ½ teaspoon
Hot paprika ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Cumin ¼ teaspoon
Honey 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice ½ teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend until almost smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with flat bread, torn into strips.
