Chick Peas,
cooked
350g
Tahina Sauce 125ml (½ cup)
Lemon juice
Garlic salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish

Thoroughly drain the chick peas, make into a paste by blender or stab mixer.

Add Tahina Sauce, lemon juice and then season to taste.

Garnish with parsley and serve with sesame crackers as a dip.

Hommus is a classic requirement for yiros, too.
