Smoked Fish Dip

Smoked Fish 500g
Quark, soft cheese 250 g
Yoghurt 1 or 2 tablespoons
- fish sauce
½ teaspoon
Tabasco a dash, to taste
Worcestershire sauce a dash, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Bone and flake the smoked fish.

Fork together with all of the other ingredients.

If necessary add more yoghurt to soften the mixture.

Give it the cracker test - if you break too many crackers when dipping, add a little more yoghurt.
