Tapenade

Black Olives 250 g
Anchovies 4 fillets
Capers, rinsed
and drained.
12 to 15
Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Rinse the salt and vinegar out of the capers, then drain well.

Coarsely chop all of the ingredients and then mix in a food processor with the olive oil.

Do not blend too finely as some texture should be left.

Serve with crackers, Grommit!
