Pasta sheets 500gm
Bolognese sauce about 1kg
Besciamella about 500ml
Mozzarella grated, 200gm
Parmesan grated, 100gm

Lasagne is made using our freshly made Pasta, Bolognese sauce and besciamella recipes.

Butter the inside of an oven-proof dish. Cover the bottom and sides with one layer of pasta sheets, cutting them to fit neatly.Spread a thin bed of bolognese sauce, followed by some besciamella.

Repeat with pasta, bolognese sauce and besciamella to the top of the dish.

Top with grated Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Bake in a hot oven until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
