Pizza topping
Chopped tomatoes 2 500g cans or
1kg of fresh fruit
Onions 2 sliced
Garlic 2 cloves, chopped fine
Tomato Paste 3 tablespoons
Capsicum 1 sliced
Oregano lots
Basil lots
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper 1 level teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Butter 1 tablespoon

Fry the sliced onions in a little oil and butter. Add the capsicum, tomatoes, tomato paste and seasoning. Simmer until cooked.

Cool and spread on pizza bases. Top with cheeses, salami, ham, anchovies, oysters, mushrooms, pineapple etc.
